R.A. Catering Guide

Fall 2016 - Spring 2017

These specially discounted prices are funded by HFS and are only for R.A. programming.

Ordering Guidelines

  • Minimum of one (1) week notice when placing orders, except for finals week due to the large amount of requests we require (2) week's notice.
  • Orders may be placed for Fall Semester Programs beginning August 23 through December 16, 2016.
  • Orders may be placed for Spring Semester Programs beginning January 10 through May 6, 2017.

Please note that during Finals week, the No Frills Catering menu will be limited due to the Dining Commons trying to minimize inventories for close down. To guarantee availability, we recommend a two week notice for orders!

  • Bottled beverages (juice, soda, water) must be purchased through Market East, The Mix, Sisu, Bluespoon Market, Louie's or West Wing -- Check stores for current pricing and promotions.
  • Dining Commons will only provide items currently on inventory and not available in the Snack Bars or Convenience Stores.
  • All paper/plastic products must be purchased by the CASE or SLEEVE where appropriate. Case amounts are often a better value to purchase.
  • Purchases are only for Residential Life sponsored programming. Purchases for personal use are strictly prohibited and may jeopardize the future of the program.
